งานวิจัยนี้เป็นการศึกษากำลังอัดของมอร์ต้าร์ที่ผสมขี้เถ้าจากเตาเผาขยะ โดยนำขี้เถ้า จากเตาเผาขยะมาปรับปรุงความละเอียดโดยการบดให้มีขนาดอนุภาคค้างตะแกรงเบอร์ 325 ไม่เกินร้อยละ 5 โดยน้ำหนัก จากนั้นนำขี้เถ้าจากเตาเผาขยะมาแทนที่ปูนซีเมนต์ปอร์ตแลนด์ ประเภทที่ 1 ในอัตราส่วนร้อยละ 10, 20, 30 และ 40 โดยน้ำหนักวัสดุประสาน โดยควบคุม ค่าการไหลแผ่เท่ากับ 110 ± 5 เพื่อศึกษาถึงความต้องการน้ำสำหรับมอร์ต้าร์ที่ผสมขี้เถ้าจากเตาเผา ขยะ และทดสอบกำลังอัดของมอร์ต้าร์ที่อายุการบ่ม 1, 3, 7, 28, 60 และ 90 วัน ผลการวิจัยพบว่ามอร์ต้าร์ที่ใช้ขี้เถ้าจากเตาเผาขยะบดละเอียดในการแทนที่ปูนซีเมนต์ปอร์ต แลนด์ประเภทที่ 1 เมื่อแทนที่ปูนซีเมนต์ปอร์ตแลนด์ประเภทที่ 1 ด้วยขี้เถ้าจากเตาเผาขยะบดละเอียดใน อัตราส่วนร้อยละ 10 โดยน้ำหนักวัสดุประสานมีค่ากำลังอัดใกล้เคียงกับมอร์ต้าร์ควบคุมที่อายุตั้งแต่ 1วัน ขึ้นไป ส่วนการแทนที่ปูนซีเมนต์ปอร์ตแลนด์ประเภทที่ 1 ด้วยขี้เถ้าจากเตาเผาขยะบดละเอียดใน อัตราส่วนร้อยละ 20, 30 และ 40 โดยน้ำหนักวัสดุประสานส่งผลให้กําลังอัดของมอร์ต้าร์ต่ำกว่ามอร์ต้าร์ ควบคุมที่อายุตั้งแต่ 1 วันขึ้นไป

This research aimed to study the compressive strength of mortar mixed with ash from the incinerators.
