ในการทำวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาเตาเผาข้าวหลามชุมชนหนองมน และพัฒนาเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพเตาเผาข้าวหลามชุมชนหนองมน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า เตาเผาข้าวหลามชุมชนหนองมนมีขนาดกว้าง 140 เซนติเมตร ยาว 180 เซนติเมตร และสูง 120 เซนติเมตร ลักษณะโครงสร้างทำด้วยเหล็กกล่องขนาด 1 x 1 นิ้ว ขาตั้งมีล้อเลื่อน ผนังภายนอกทั้งหมดทำด้วยแผ่นเหล็กสังกะสีทุกด้าน ภายในเตาเผามีรางกว้าง 10 เซนติเมตร ยาว 100 เซนติเมตร และสูง 12 เซนติเมตร สำหรับวางกระบอกข้าวหลามจำนวน 2 ชั้น บรรจุกระบอกข้าวหลามได้ 230 กระบอก ใช้แก๊สเป็นพลังงานเชื้อเพลิง อุณหภูมิภายในเตาเผา ณ ตำแหน่ง ด้านหน้า ด้านกลาง และด้านหลังของเตาเผา มีความแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (P<0.05) โดยตำแหน่งด้านหน้าเตามีอุณหภูมิต่ำที่สุด เมื่อทำการพัฒนาเตาเผาข้าวหลามด้วยการปรับอัตราส่วนผสมของปริมาณแก๊สกับอากาศ ผนังรอบเตาเผาบุด้วยฉนวนใยหินหนา 50 มิลลิเมตร วัดอุณหภูมิ พบว่า อุณหภูมิภายในเตาเผาทั้ง 3 ตำแหน่ง ไม่มีความแตกต่างกันอย่าง มีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติ (P>0.05) โดยมีอุณหภูมิภายในเตาเผาข้าวหลามมีการกระจายความร้อนที่สม่ำเสมอ ส่งผลให้สามารถควบคุมคุณภาพของผลิตภัณฑ์ข้าวหลาม และลดการสูญเสียเวลาในการเผาข้าวหลามในแต่ละครั้งลงภายใน 2 ชั่วโมง ปริมาณแก๊สที่ใช้ลดลงคิดเป็นร้อยละ 62 ต้นทุนเตาเผาข้าวหลามเท่ากับ 35,000 บาท สามารถคืนทุนได้ในเวลา 1 เดือน 18 วัน

The objective of this research was to study and develop Glutinous rice roasted in bamboo Kiln of Nongmon Community. The dimension of Glutinous rice roasted in bamboo Kiln is 140 cm wide, 180 cm long and 120 cm high. The base of Glutinous rice roasted in bamboo Kiln is made of square steel tube size 1x1 inch and all exterior wall is corrugated iron sheets. Install the wheel under the base. Inside the Glutinous rice roasted in bamboo Kiln has a groove with 10 cm wide, 100 cm long and 12 cm high. It can be put 2 layer and contain 230 of Glutinous rice roasted in bamboo rods. Measuring the temperature inside the Kiln 3 point, in front of, middle and backside. The result showed that, the temperatures indicate that the valves are significantly different at 95 % confidence level (p‹0.05).The lowest temperature on the front Kiln. When developing Glutinous rice roasted in bamboo Kiln by adjust the ratio of gas to air, Glutinous rice roasted in bamboo furnace wall covered with asbestos insulation of 50 mm thickness. The experiment showed that the temperature at 3 point, in the Kiln indicate that the valves are significantly not different at 95 % confidence level (p‹0.05). The temperature has a uniform distribution. Able to control product quality. Minimize loss of time to burn Glutinous rice roasted in bamboo each time within 2 hours and decrease the amount of gas used by 62 %. Hot air dryers cost is 35,000 baht, it could pay back period in 1 months and 18 days.
