การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับบทบาทของชาวชองที่มีต่อสมเด็จพระเจ้าตากสินในการนำมาใช้จัดการเรียนการสอนและพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา 2) เพื่อพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการเรื่องบทบาทของชาวชองที่มีต่อสมเด็จพระเจ้าตากสินมหาราช เพื่อเป็นข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรสถานศึกษา โดยมีขั้นตอนการวิจัย 4 ขั้นตอน คือขั้นตอนที่ 1 การศึกษาข้อมูลพื้นฐานในการพัฒนาหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการเรื่องบทบาทของชาวชองที่มีต่อสมเด็จพระเจ้าตากสินมหาราช ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การสร้างหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการเรื่อง บทบาทของชาวชองที่มีต่อสมเด็จพระเจ้าตากสินมหาราช ขั้นตอนที่ 3 การนำหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการเรื่อง บทบาทของชาวชองที่มีต่อสมเด็จพระเจ้าตากสินไปทดลองใช้ และขั้นตอนที่ 4 การประเมินคุณภาพหลักสูตรการฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการเรื่อง บทบาทของชาวชองที่มีต่อสมเด็จพระเจ้าตากสินมหาราช กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในขั้นตอนที่ 1 ได้แก่ กำนัน ผู้ใหญ่บ้าน และปราชญ์ท้องถิ่น จำนวน 30 คน ขั้นตอนที่ 3 ได้แก่ผู้บริหารและครูผู้สอน จากอำเภอคิชฌกูฏ จำนวน 105 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ประกอบด้วย1) หลักสูตรและคู่มือการฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ 2) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์การฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ และ 3) แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจที่มีต่อการฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) ผู้เชี่ยวชาญในพื้นที่มีความรู้และประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับชาวชองภาพรวมในระดับมาก โดยมีประเด็นที่เห็นมากที่สุดคือ สมเด็จพระเจ้าตากสินมหาราชมีคุณต่อชาวจันทบุรีและประเทศไทย 2) ผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมของผู้เชี่ยวชาญที่มีต่อหลักสูตรและคู่มือฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดและมีความสอดคล้อง 3) ผู้เข้ารับการอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการมีความรู้หลังการอบรมสูงกว่าก่อนการอบรมอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .01 และ4) ผู้เข้ารับการฝึกอบรมเชิงปฏิบัติการมีความพึงพอใจในระดับมาก

The purposes of this research were; 1) to study the basic information about the roles of the people in the Kingdom of Taksin in teaching and learning development and curriculum development. ;2) develop a training course on the role of the people with King Taksin the Great to provide basic information for the development of school curriculum. There are 4 steps of the research process: Step 1 Study of basic information on the development of the training course on the role of the people with King Taksin. Step 2 Creating a workshop course for the role of the people with King Taksin the Great. Step 3 Implementing the workshop course the role of the people in the trials of King Taksin. And step 4 quality assessment of the workshop course the role of the people with King Taksin the Great. The sample group used in the research in step 1 was 30 village chiefs, local villagers and local sages. Step 3: Executives and teachers From Kitchakut District, 105 people. The tools used include: 1) curriculum and workshop training manual 2) achievement test, workshop training and 3) satisfaction satisfaction questionnaire for the workshop. The results of the research were as follows: 1) It was found that experts in the area had knowledge and experience about the overall picture at a high level. With the most controversial issues King Taksin the Great has continued with the people of Chanthaburi and Thailand. 2) The results of the assessment of the suitability of experts towards the curriculum and the workshop manual in the overall picture are at the highest level and are consistent. 3) The participants in the workshop had higher knowledge after the training than before the training at the statistical significance level of .01 and 4) the workshop trainees were satisfied at a high level.
