การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาทักษะการจัดการเรียนรู้สำหรับครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 และ 2) จัดทำข้อมูลเสนอแนะแนวทางในการพัฒนาทักษะการจัดการเรียนรู้สำหรับครูในศตวรรษ ที่ 21 โดยวิธีดำเนินการวิจัยแบบผสมผสานวิธี ภายใต้แนวคิด ซึ่งเป็นการจัดกระบวนการอบรมเชิง ปฏิบัติการเรียนรู้ 6 กระบวนการหลัก ใช้ระยะเวลาในการ อบรม 8 ชั่วโมง ต่อ 1 กระบวนการ กลุ่มที่ ศึกษา ได้แก่ 1) กลุ่มเป้าหมายเชิงปริมาณ จำนวน 38 คน ใช้ในการพัฒนาทักษะการจัดการเรียนรู้ สำหรับครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 คือ นักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี คณะครุศาสตร์ ระดับ ปริญญาตรี ที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในระดับชั้นปีที่ 4 และได้รับการคัดเลือกเข้ารับการพัฒนาทักษะการ จัดการเรียนรู้สำหรับครูในศตวรรษที่ 21 2) กลุ่มเป้าหมายเชิงคุณภาพและผู้ให้ข้อมูล จำนวน 67 คน ประกอบด้วย นักศึกษาที่เข้ารับการพัฒนา ผู้อำนวยการสถานศึกษาที่นักศึกษาไปฝึกสอน ครูพี่เลี้ยง ของนักศึกษา เพื่อนของนักศึกษาที่ผ่านการพัฒนา อาจารย์นิเทศทั่วไป และอาจารย์นิเทศประจำ สาขาวิชา วิธีดำเนินการวิจัยแบ่งเป็น 2 ขั้นตอน ขั้นตอนที่ 1 การวิจัยเชิงปริมาณ โดยใช้โปรแกรม สำเร็จรูปสำหรับการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลเชิงปริมาณ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่า ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ขั้นตอนที่ 2 การวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยใช้ 1) แบบสอบถาม มีจำนวน 1 ฉบับ ใช้สอบถามผู้เข้ารับการพัฒนา 2) แบบสัมภาษณ์ มีจำนวน 6 ฉบับ จำแนกเป็น แบบสัมภาษณ์ผู้เข้ารับการพัฒนา แบบสัมภาษณ์ ผู้บริหารสถานศึกษาของนักศึกษา ฝึกสอน แบบสัมภาษณ์ครูพี่เลี้ยง แบบสัมภาษณ์เพื่อนของนักศึกษาที่ผ่านการพัฒนา แบบสัมภาษณ์ อาจารย์นิเทศทั่วไป และแบบสัมภาษณ์อาจารย์นิเทศประจำสาขาวิชา 3) แนวการสนทนากลุ่ม มี จำนวน 2 ฉบับ จำแนกเป็นแนวทางการสนทนากลุ่มผู้เข้ารับการพัฒนาและแนวทางการสนทนากลุ่ม เพื่อนของนักศึกษาที่ผ่านการพัฒนา

The purposes of this research were to: 1) develop learning management skills for teachers in 21st century and 2) collect data to propose guidelines in developing learning management skills for teachers in 21st century using mixed research methods based on the concept of six main processes of workshop training. The training duration was eight hours per each process. The study groups consisted of: 1) quantitative target group used to develop learning management skills for teachers in 21st century which were 38 undergraduates who were studying in the fourth year in Faculty of Education, Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University and were selected to attend the development of learning management skills for teachers in 21st century and 2) 67 people of qualitative target group and informants including the undergraduates who attended the development, the directors of the schools that the undergraduates practiced leaning management, the undergraduates’ school supervisors, the undergraduates’ friends who had passed the development, the general university supervisors and the major university supervisors. The research methodology was divided into two stages: the first stage was a quantitative research using software to analyze quantitative data and the statistics used were frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation and the second stage was a qualitative research using: 1) one questionnaire to inquire the undergraduates who attended the development, 2) six interviews consisted of an interview for the undergraduates who attended the development, an interview for the school directors of the student teachers, an interview for the school supervisors, an interview for the undergraduates’ friends who had passed the development, an interview for the general university supervisors and an interview for the major university supervisors, and 3) two guidelines of focus group including a guideline for the graduates who attended the development and a guideline for the undergraduates’ friends who had passed the development.
