งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษากระบวนการผลิตแผ่นยางพารา วิเคราะห์และเสนอเป็นแนวทางในการปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิตให้กับบริษัท สวนหลวงราชไมตรี อาเออเมือง จังหวัดจันทบุรี ซึ่งจากการศึกษาและการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลของกระบวนการผลิตแผ่นยางพารา ด้วยแผนอูมิกระบวนการผลิต (Production Process Charts) ทาให้ทราบว่ามีขั้นตอนในการทางานทั้งหมด 44 ขั้นตอน ซึ่งสามารถแบ่งขั้นตอนการทางานได้เป็น 4 ขั้นตอนหลัก จึงนาข้อมูลที่ได้ไปวิเคราะห์การวางผังของบริษัท ด้วยแผนอูมิกระบวนการไหล (Flow Process Chart) กับแผนอาพการไหล (Flow Diagram) เพื่อให้ทราบระยะทาง เวลา และกระบวนการไหลของกระบวนการผลิตแผ่นยางพารา จากนั้นนาหลักการคานวณหา Takt Time มาใช้ในการกาหนดเวลา Takt Time เพื่อนาเวลาดังกล่าวมาเปรียบเทียบกับเวลาในการทางานของแต่ละขั้นตอน พบว่ามี 8 ขั้นตอนย่อย ที่ใช้เวลาในการทางานเกินเวลา Takt Time ทาให้กระบวนการผลิตแผ่นยางพาราเกิดปัญหาความล่าช้า ดังนั้นผู้วิจัยจึงนาปัญหาดังกล่าวมาวิเคราะห์เพื่อหาสาเหตุที่แท้จริง ด้วยแผนผังก้างปลา (Cause and Effect Diagram) และพบว่ามี 5 สาเหตุที่ส่งผลทาให้กระบวนการผลิตมีความล่าช้า ได้แก่ ความเมื่อยล้า การรอคอย ระยะทางไกล อุปกรณ์ไม่เหมาะสมกับงาน และแสงสว่างไม่เพียงพอ จึงนาหลักการ ECRS มาใช้ในการปรับปรุงกระบวนการผลิตแผ่นยางพารา โดยเสนอให้บริษัททาการเปลี่ยนอุปกรณ์ในการทางานและปรับเปลี่ยนตาแหน่งการวางผังใหม่ในขั้นตอนที่ 2 และขั้นตอนที่ 4 เพื่อลดเวลาในการทางานและลดระยะทางในการเคลื่อนย้ายวัตถุดิบ

A purpose of this research is to study and improve the production in order to be guidelines for the improvement of the rubber sheet production for Suan Luang Ratchamaitri, Muang district, Chanthaburi. The study, based on the data-collection of the rubber sheet production process using the Production Process Chart, found that there are 44 steps, which can be distinguished into 4 main steps.Besides, the data is analysed by using the Flow Process Charts along with the Flow Diagram in order to ensure that distance, Leadtime and the flow process are recognised. Furthermore, the use of Takt Time Calculation indicates 8 factors that cause the delay in the rubber sheet production process. These causes of delay in the production process have now been further analysed by using a Cause and Effect Diagram to find a real factor of the cause. Moreover, five factors have been found causing the delay in the production process, which are exhaustion, waiting time, remoted distance, inappropriate equipment and insufficient lighting. In addition, the study has brought the principle of ECRS to improve the rubber sheet production, by putting on appropriate equipment and change position of the plant layout for step 2 and 4, in order to reduce the time of working and reduce distance of moving raw materials.
