ในการวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาความรู้ความเข้าใจของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายในจังหวัดจันทบุรีเกี่ยวกับรัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย 2) เพื่อศึกษากระบวนเสริมสร้างองค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับรัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย ให้แก่เด็กนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายในจังหวัดจันทบุรี 3) เพื่อศึกษาการถ่ายทอดความรู้และการใช้ประโยชน์จากองค์ความรู้ของเด็กนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายในจังหวัดจันทบุรี ประชากรคือนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายในจังหวัดจันทบุรี 7 โรงเรียน จำนวน 700 คน โดยสุ่มตัวอย่างแบบสะดวก จำนวน 255 คน ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ความรู้ความเข้าใจของนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายในจังหวัดจันทบุรีเกี่ยวกับรัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย มีคะแนนการทดสอบแตกต่างกันก่อนและหลังให้ความรู้เกี่ยวกับรัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย อย่างนัยสำคัญยิ่ง 2. คุณลักษณะความเป็นพลเมืองในวิถีชีวิตประชาธิปไตยของนักเรียน ทั้ง 5 ด้าน (1) ด้านการคิด/วิเคราะห์ได้อย่างเป็นระบบ พบว่า นักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายส่วนใหญ่สามารถแยกแยะระหว่างข้อเท็จจริงกับความคิดเห็น (2) ด้านยึดมั่นในความเป็นธรรม พบว่า นักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายส่วนใหญ่ มีความยุติธรรมเสมอภาค (รู้ผิด ชอบ ชั่ว ดี) (3) ด้านวุฒิภาวะทางอารมณ์ พบว่า นักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายส่วนใหญ่ มองปัญหาต่าง ๆ เป็นโอกาสเรียนรู้และพัฒนาตนเอง (4) ด้านรับรู้/ติดตามข่าวสาร พบว่า นักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลาย รับฟังข่าวสารอย่างรอบด้าน (5) การมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมทางสังคม พบว่า นักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายส่วนใหญ่ มีการแก้ปัญหาโดยไม่ใช้ความรุนแรง 3. กระบวนเสริมสร้างองค์ความรู้เกี่ยวกับรัฐธรรมนูญแห่งราชอาณาจักรไทย ให้แก่เด็กนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายในจังหวัดจันทบุรี มี 3 ขั้นตอนดังนี้ คือ 1) ก่อนให้องค์ความรู้ 2)กระบวนการให้องค์ความรู้จากผู้เชี่ยวชาญ 3) หลังให้องค์ความรู้ 4. การถ่ายทอดความรู้และการใช้ประโยชน์จากองค์ความรู้ของเด็กนักเรียนมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายในจังหวัดจันทบุรี พบว่า นักเรียนมัธยมปลาย มีการตะหนักถึงสิทธิของผู้อื่น มีระเบียบวินัย สร้างเสริมโดยการถ่ายทอดผ่านการจัดกิจกรรม การให้โดยไม่หวังสิ่งตอบแทน การน้อมนำปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงนำไปสู่การปฏิบัติผ่านคุณธรรม

The purpose of this research was to 1) study the knowledge and understanding of high school students in Chanthaburi province regarding the constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand. 2) to study the process of strengthening the knowledge of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand. 3) To study the knowledge transfer and utilization of knowledge of high school students in Chanthaburi province. The population was 700 high school students in Chantaburi province, with a sample of 255 students. The research found that 1. Knowledge and Understanding of High School Students in Chanthaburi Province About the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand There are different test scores before and after the knowledge of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand, Significantly. 2. Citizenship Characteristics of Democratic Life Styles of Students 5 sides (1) The systematic thinking / analysis found that most high school students could distinguish between facts and opinions. (2) Adherence to fairness found that most high school students (3) Emotional maturity found that most high school students view problems as opportunities to learn and develop themselves (4) The perception / follow up of the information showed that high school students Listen to the news around. (5) Participation in social activities showed that most high school students Have a solution without violence. 3. The Knowledge Creation Process of the Constitution of the Kingdom of Thailand There are 3 steps for high school students in Chanthaburi. 1) Before the knowledge, 2) The process of providing the knowledge from the experts. 3) After the knowledge. 4. The knowledge transfer and utilization of the knowledge of high school students in Chanthaburi showed that high school students It is hard to reach the rights of others. Discipline enhanced by relaying events. Giving without hope to philosophy of Sufficiency Economy leads to the practice of virtue.
