งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ศึกษาและทดลองวิธีการนำพลอยฝังในดินปั้นเพื่อเผาเป็นเครื่องประดับเซรามิก จากนั้นนำออกแบบและพัฒนารูปแบบของผลิตภัณฑ์เครื่องประดับ ให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของตลาด พัฒนาสร้างสรรค์นวัตกรรมการผลิตและการออกแบบสินค้าใหม่ๆ เพื่อเป็นการสร้างมูลค่าเพิ่มให้แก่สินค้า จากการทดลองนำพลอยแซฟไฟร์สีดำตกเกรด ฝังลงในดิน 2 ชนิด คือ ดินพอร์ชเลน (PFA) และดินวิเทรียสไชน่า (VCB) ทำการขึ้นรูปขนาด 20X25 มิลลิเมตร หนา 4 มิลลิเมตร ฝังพลอยดำตกเกรดแบบฝังจมขนาดเส้นผ่าศูนย์กลาง 1.5, 2.0, 2.5 และ 3 มิลลิเมตร จำนวน 3 เม็ดต่อชิ้น โดยมีระยะห่างต่อเม็ด คือ 0, 0.7, 1.4 มิลลิเมตร เผาที่อุณหภูมิ 1,250 องศาเซลเซียส จากนั้นวิเคราะห์คุณภาพของชิ้นงานหลังเผา โดยใช้เกณฑ์การวิเคราะห์คุณภาพ คือ คุณภาพของพลอยหลังเผา ได้แก่ สีพลอย รอยแตกในพลอย การเกาะติดระหว่างพลอยกับ เซรามิก คุณภาพเนื้อดินเซรามิก ได้แก่ รอยแตกในดินหลังเผา พบว่าคุณภาพของพลอยหลังเผา สีพลอยไม่เปลี่ยนแปลง และไม่เกิดรอยแตกในพลอยเพิ่ม แต่ดินทั้งสองชนิดมีพลอยหลุด ดินพอร์ชเลนจำนวน 1 เม็ดที่ขนาดพลอย 2.5 มิลลิเมตร ระยะห่าง 0.0 มิลลิเมตร และดินวิเทรียสไชน่าจำนวน 1 เม็ดที่ขนาดพลอย 3.0 มิลลิเมตรระยะห่าง 0.0 มิลลิเมตร เนื่องจากฝังชิดกันมาจนทำให้พลอยเบียดกันและบางเม็ดจึงหลุดออก ส่วนคุณภาพเนื้อดินเซรามิก พบว่าดินพอร์ชเลนจำนวน 1 ชิ้นงานขนาดพลอย 3.0 มิลลิเมตร ระยะห่าง 0.7 มิลลิเมตรเกิดรอยร้าวระหว่างพลอย ดินวิเทรียสไชน่าจำนวน 2 ชิ้นงาน ขนาดพลอย 3.0 มิลลิเมตรระยะห่าง 0.7 และ 1.4 มิลลิเมตร เกิดรอยร้าวระหว่างพลอย ดังนั้นจึงเลือกใช้ดินพอร์ชเลนในการทำเครื่องประดับ จากการศึกษาทิศทางเครื่องประดับปีพ.ศ. 2564 และผลสำรวจความต้องการของผู้บริโภค เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการออกแบบและผลิตเป็นต้นแบบเครื่องประดับร่วมกับผู้ประกอบการ และคัดเลือกแบบร่างโดยผู้เชี่ยวชาญแบบที่มีคะแนนเฉลี่ยสูงสุดคือ The secret of Runes แนวคิด Ancient Wisdom ประเภท ต่างหู แหวน สร้อยคอ/สร้อยข้อมือ มีแนวคิดในการออกแบบรูนส์ (Runes) แปลว่า เสียงกระซิบ ความลับไพ่รูนส์จึงถูกนำมาใช้เพื่อการทำนายโชค จึงนำมาออกแบบโดยใช้เซรามิกฝังพลอยดำเป็นอักษรรูนส์ และใส่พลอยสีเหลี่ยมตามพื้นดวงในสร้อยคอที่สามารถทำเป็นสร้อยข้อมือได้ ออกแบบให้รู้สึกเรียบหรู ใส่ง่าย แถมความลึกลับ แบบกลิ่นไอเสน่ห์รูนส์ ที่จะเสริมมงคล แฝงความลึกลับ วัสดุที่เลือกใช้ ตัวเรือนทำจากเงินชุบทองคำขาว เซรามิกฝังพลอยแซฟไฟร์สีดำ และใส่พลอยสีเหลี่ยมตามพื้นดวง

This research aimed to study and experiment with gemstones embedding method on the clay for making ceramic jewelry, then design and development pattern of jewelry product in accordance with market demand. Developing the production innovative and designing new products to create added value for the product. In the experiment with using low-quality black sapphire embedded on two types of clay such as porcelain (PFA) and vitreous china (VCB). The jewelry sample in rectangle shape with 20x25x4 mm. The size of black sapphire in diameter is 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, and 3 mm. The distance of each black sapphire when setting black sapphire on the clay is 0, 0.7, and 1.4 mm with 3 black sapphires for 1 sample. The clay with black sapphire samples was sintering at 1250 C. Then, analyze the quality of the samples after sintering. The criteria for analyzing the quality of the samples after firing include the quality of the gemstone after heating and the quality of ceramic. The quality of the gemstone such as the color of gemstone, cracks in gems, adhesion between gemstone and ceramic. As the result of the quality of ceramic such as cracks in ceramic. It was found that, the quality of gemstones, color of gemstone not changes and no more cracks in the gemstones. Moreover, the black sapphire was pulling out of the ceramic body made from both types of clay. For the condition of the size of black sapphire is 2.5 mm, the distance of each black sapphire is 0.0 mm, and type of clay is porcelain, and the condition of the size of black sapphire is 3 mm, the distance of each black sapphire is 0.0 mm, and type of clay is vitreous china, a black sapphire was pulling out of ceramic body. It maybe because of quite low distance between each black sapphire on the setting gemstone process cause to pull of the black sapphire. In the result of quality of ceramic, it was found that a samples in the condition of the size of black sapphire is 3 mm, the distance of each black sapphire are 0.7 mm, and type of clay is porcelain presented the crack at the area between each black sapphire. Moreover, 2 samples in the condition of the size of black sapphire are 3 mm, the distance of each black sapphire is 0.7 mm, and 1.4 mm, and type of clay is vitreous china shown the crack at the area between each black sapphire. Therefore, this work used porcelain for making the jewelry. From a study of the trend of jewelry in 2021 and consumer demand survey results as a guideline for designing and producing jewelry prototypes with entrepreneurs and selected drafts by experts. The high score of drafts is the secret of Runes with Ancient Wisdom guideline. For the type jewelry of earring, ring, and necklace/bracelet has a guideline for designing at Runes. Runes is whisper. The secret Runes are used for fortune-telling. Therefore, the jewelry design in this work used a ceramic body was embedded with black sapphire to Runes alphabet. Moreover, used square gemstone with according to luck for necklace/bracelet. Designed to feel elegant, easy to wear, and mysterious with Runes style for promoting a favorable thing. The body of jewelry materials used silver and white gold plating, ceramic inlaid with black sapphire, and used square gemstone according to luck.
