การวิจัยนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเลือกศึกษาในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี โดยกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ ผู้สมัครเรียนในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏ รำไพพรรณี ระดับปริญญาตรี โดยเป็นผู้มีสิทธิ์เข้าศึกษาและขึ้นทะเบียนนักศึกษาเรียบร้อยแล้ว ประจำปีการศึกษา 2563 จำนวนประมาณ 400 คน ทั้งนี้คณะผู้วิจัยกำหนดขนาดของกลุ่มตัวอย่าง โดยใช้ความน่าจะเป็น ด้วยวิธีการสุ่มแบบหลายขั้นตอน (Multistage Sampling) และได้ใช้แบบสอบถามเป็นเครื่องมือในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล และนำเสนอข้อมูลในรูปแบบของข้อมูลค่าเฉลี่ย (Mean) และค่าเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน (Standard Deviation : S.D.) ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเลือกศึกษาในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ทั้ง 5 ด้าน ได้แก่ 1.ด้านภาพลักษณ์ของมหาวิทยาลัย 2.ด้านหลักสูตร 3.ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน 4.ด้านการประชาสัมพันธ์ 5.ด้านอื่น ๆ มีค่าเฉลี่ยอยู่ในระดับมาก ซึ่งแสดงให้เห็นว่าปัจจัยทั้ง 5 ด้าน มีผลต่อการเลือกศึกษาในมหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี

The purposes of this research were to study the factors effecting the selection of studying at Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University. The samples used in this research were 400 the first year students who have already registered to study in academic year 2020. The instrument used in the research was the questionnaires, The research instrument used was the questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed by Mean ( x ̅) and standard deviation (S.D.) The results showed that;1) the factor affecting in image aspect of the university was at the high level ( x ̅= 4.03 ), 2) the factor affecting in overall curriculum aspect was at the high level ( x ̅= 3.95) 3) the factor affecting in teaching and learning management aspect was at the high level ( x ̅= 4.01) 4) the factor affecting in public relations aspect was at the high level ( x ̅ = 3.80) 5) the factor affecting in overall aspects were at the high level ( x ̅= 3.60). This showed that all 5 factors influenced the students to make the decision to select study at Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University.
