การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาแรงจูงใจในการเลือกศึกษาต่อในระดับปริญญาตรี คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี และเปรียบเทียบแรงจูงใจในการเลือกศึกษาต่อในระดับปริญญาตรี คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี จำแนกตามข้อมูลทั่วไปของนักศึกษา กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษา คือ นักศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณี ที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ชั้นปีที่ 1 ในปีการศึกษา 2559 จำนวน 217 คนโดยการสุ่มอย่างง่าย ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1. ด้านเหตุผลส่วนตัวในการเลือกศึกษาต่อในระดับปริญญาตรี คณะครุศาสตร์ มหาวิทยาลัยราชภัฏรำไพพรรณีแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 โดยนักศึกษาชายสูงกว่านักศึกษาหญิง 2. เมื่อจำแนกตามแผนการเรียนที่จบการศึกษามา พบว่า แรงจูงใจด้านบุคคลที่เกี่ยวข้อง แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 3. เมื่อจำแนกตามแผนการเรียนที่จบการศึกษามาโดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05 แต่เมื่อพิจารณาเป็นรายคู่ พบว่า นักศึกษาที่จบการศึกษาจากแผนการเรียนวิทย์-คณิตและแผนการเรียนอื่นๆ แตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05

The purpose of this research were to study the motivation in selected study in the bachelor degree of Faculty of Educational Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University, and compare the motivation to choose a bachelor degree of Faculty of Educational Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University classified by student is general information.The samples used in the study were 217 first year bachelor degree students, Faculty of Education, Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University in the academic year 2016, by random sampling technique. The research found: 1. Personal reasons for choosing to study a bachelor degree, Faculty of Education, Rambhai Barni Rajabhat University were statistically significant difference at the .05 level. Male students were higher than female students. 2. When classified by graduation plan, found that the relevant personal motivation was statistically significant at the .05 level. 3. When classified by graduation plan, in overall was statistically significant difference at the .05 level. However, when considering in pair, it was found that the students who graduated from the science-mathematics plan and other plans was statistically significant difference at the .05 level.
