การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) ศึกษาบริบทของการท่องเที่ยวเชิงนิเวศของอุทยานแห่งชาติเขาคิชฌกูฏ 2) ศึกษาสภาพการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวเชิงนิเวศของอุทยานแห่งชาติเขาคิชฌกูฏ และ 3) เสนอแนวทางในการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวเชิงนิเวศอย่างยั่งยืนของอุทยานแห่งชาติเขาคิชฌกูฏ โดยศึกษาเอกสารจากงานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้อง ลงพื้นที่เพื่อสัมภาษณ์ และทำการสนทนากลุ่มกับผู้มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องในการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวเชิงนิเวศ ผลการวิจัยพบว่า แนวทางการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวเชิงนิเวศอย่างยั่งยืนในพื้นที่อุทยานแห่งชาติเขาคิชฌกูฏ ในด้านเศรษฐกิจ ได้แก่ 1) อุทยานฯ ควรขึ้นราคาค่าเข้าชมอุทยานฯ ในช่วงเทศกาลท่องเที่ยว 2) จัดกิจกรรมการท่องเที่ยวให้น่าสนใจ และนำเสนอขายในราคาเหมา (Package) 3) ทำการประชาสัมพันธ์แหล่งท่องเที่ยว เพื่อจูงใจ และให้เป็นที่รู้จักแก่นักท่องเที่ยวมากขึ้น 4) ส่งเสริมให้เกิดการท่องเที่ยวตลอดทั้งปี เพื่อให้เกิดรายได้จากการท่องเที่ยวอย่างต่อเนื่อง 5) พัฒนาคุณภาพ และมาตรฐานในการให้บริการด้านการท่องเที่ยวเชิงนิเวศ เพื่อให้นักท่องเที่ยวประทับใจ และเกิดการกลับมาเที่ยวซ้ำ ด้านสังคมและวัฒนธรรม ได้แก่ 1) ส่งเสริมให้ประชาชนในท้องถิ่นมีส่วนร่วมในการจัดการการท่องเที่ยวภายในอุทยานฯ ให้มากขึ้น 2) สรรหาบุคลากรที่มีความรู้และความเชี่ยวชาญเกี่ยวกับการท่องเที่ยว เพื่อนำมาให้ข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการบริหารจัดการการท่องเที่ยวเชิงนิเวศในอุทยานฯ 3) ส่งเสริมให้ชุมชนท้องถิ่นมีความรู้ ความเข้าใจในเรื่องของการอนุรักษ์ทรัพยากรทั้งธรรมชาติ และวัฒนธรรม เพื่อให้มีทรัพยากรทางการท่องเที่ยวที่คงอยู่อย่างยั่งยืนต่อไป 4) จัดตั้งกลุ่มหรือองค์กรด้านการท่องเที่ยวเชิงนิเวศของอุทยานฯ โดยคณะกรรมการกลุ่มประกอบด้วยผู้มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียทางการท่องเที่ยว และด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม ได้แก่ 1) กำหนดขีดความสามารถในการรองรับได้ของพื้นที่บริเวณเขาพระบาท 2) จัดระเบียบการเข้าชม โดยเฉพาะช่วงเทศกาลท่องเที่ยว 3) กำหนดบทลงโทษที่ชัดเจน และเข้มงวด เพื่อป้องกันการทำลายทรัพยากรธรรมชาติและสิ่งแวดล้อม 4) จัดทำคู่มือท่องเที่ยวเชิงนิเวศ

The purposes of this research are to 1) To study ecotourism in contexts of Khitchakut Mountain National Park 2) To study conditions of ecotourism management 3) To represent guidelines of sustainable ecotourism management. The methodologies are to study on the literature reviews, to participate for interviewing and surveying the group of stakeholders in ecotourism management. The results in the areas of the guidelines of sustainable ecotourism management have found that 1) The national park should increase the admission fee during the travel festival 2) The tourist activities should be provided interestingly and the packages tour should be offered for selling 3) The travel places should be promoted for more tourist attraction and popularity 4) The tourist activities should be promoted all years for getting income from travel continuously 5) The quality and standard of ecotourism services should be developed for impressing tourist and coming back again. The areas of social and culture have found that 1) The local population should be more participated for tourism management in the national park 2) The staff should be sought for sharing knowledge and skills of ecotourism management 3) The local society should be promoted for knowledge and understanding of resources conservation both nature and culture. Therefore, these resources are existed sustainably 4) The group or organization of ecotourism should be established. The areas of environment have found that 1) the limitation of capabilities for supporting the Khoa Pha Bath areas should be identified 2) The entry areas should be organized, especially during the worship Buddha festival 3) The penalty should be provided clearly and strictly for protecting natural resource and environment 4) The manual for ecotourism and conservation should be published.
