การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการดำเนินงานและการบริหารจัดการของกลุ่มผู้ผลิตมังคุดแบบแปลงใหญ่ อำเภอเขาคิชฌกูฎ จังหวัดจันทบุรี 2) เพื่อศึกษาการมีส่วนร่วมของเกษตรกรในกระบวนการดำเนินงานของกลุ่มผู้ผลิตมังคุดแบบแปลงใหญ่ อำเภอเขาคิชฌกูฎ จังหวัดจันทบุรี และ 3) เพื่อวิเคราะห์จุดแข็ง จุดอ่อน โอกาส และอุปสรรคของการดำเนินงานของกลุ่มเกษตรกรผู้ผลิตมังคุดแบบแปลงใหญ่ อำเภอเขาคิชฌกูฎ จังหวัดจันทบุรี และ 4) เพื่อศึกษาแนวทางการส่งเสริมการดำเนินงานของกลุ่มเกษตรกรผู้ผลิตมังคุดแบบแปลงใหญ่ อำเภอเขาคิชฌกูฎ จังหวัดจันทบุรี ประชากรและกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ คือ กลุ่มเกษตรกรผู้ผลิตมังคุดแบบแปลงใหญ่ อำเภอเขาคิชฌกูฎ จังหวัดจันทบุรี จำนวน 76 คน โดยมีวิธีการเลือกกลุ่มตัวอย่างแบบเฉพาะเจาะจง เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ และแบบสอบถาม วิธีการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติ ความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าต่ำสุด ค่าสูงสุด ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน ผลการวิจัย พบว่า (1) สมาชิกส่วนใหญ่มีอายุระหว่าง 51-60 ปี ระดับการศึกษาต่ำกว่าปริญญาตรี และมีรายได้ต่อเดือนต่ำกว่า 15,000 บาท (2) การบริหารจัดการกลุ่มผู้ผลิตมังคุดแบบแปลงใหญ่ภาพรวมในระดับปานกลาง มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.49 (3) สมาชิกกลุ่มมีส่วนร่วมในกระบวนการดำเนินงานของกลุ่มผู้ผลิตมังคุดแบบแปลงใหญ่ภาพรวมในระดับปานกลาง มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.36 เมื่อจำแนกเป็นรายด้านตามลำดับ พบว่า ลำดับที่ 1 การมีส่วนร่วมในการรับผลประโยชน์ในระดับปานกลาง มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.42 ลำดับที่ 2 การมีส่วนร่วมในการวางแผนในระดับปานกลาง มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.34 ลำดับที่ 3 การมีส่วนร่วมในการปฏิบัติการในระดับปานกลาง มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.32 และลำดับที่ 4 การมีส่วนร่วมในการร่วมติดตามและประเมินผลในระดับปานกลาง มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.31 (4) แนวทางในการพัฒนากลุ่มผู้ผลิตมังคุดแบบแปลงใหญ่ในการพัฒนาการบริหารจัดการเพื่อสร้างความเข้มแข็งควรเริ่มต้นจากการบูรณาการร่วมกันระหว่าง 2 ภาคส่วน ได้แก่ ส่วนที่ 1 กลุ่มผู้ผลิตมังคุดแปลงใหญ่ ซึ่งต้องมีการพัฒนาการบริหารจัดการภายในกลุ่มให้มีประสิทธิภาพและเข้มแข็ง ส่วนที่ 2 ภาครัฐ โดยเฉพาะหน่วยงานภาครัฐในพื้นที่ ควรจะมีการบูรณาการนโยบายหรือกิจกรรมร่วมกัน เพื่อมิให้เกิดความซ้ำซ้อนในการดำเนินกิจกรรมให้แก่กลุ่มเกษตรกร ควรมีการวิจัยและพัฒนา นำองค์ความรู้ที่ได้ถ่ายทอดแก่เกษตรกร ทั้งนี้นโยบายของภาครัฐควรจะมีความต่อเนื่อง

The objectives of this research were 1) to study the operating conditions and management of the large-scale mangosteen producer group of Khao Khitchakut District 2) to study the participation of farmers in the operation process of the large-scale mangosteen producer group, 3) to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and obstacles of the operation of large-scale mangosteen producer group of Khao Khitchakut District and 4) to study guidelines for promoting the operations of large-scale mangosteen producer group of Khao Khitchakut District, Chanthaburi Province The population was group of 76 large-scale mangosteen producers with a specific selection method of Khao Khitchakut District, Chanthaburi Province. Interview forms and Questionnaires were conducted to collet datd. The Statistical Analysis were frequency, percentage, arithmetic means, and standard deviation. The results of the research revealed that (1) Most of the members were ages between 51-60 years old, with the below bachelor’ s degree education level and average monthly income of less than 15,000 bath. (2) The overall level of management of large-scale mangosteen producer group was moderate with the average value of 3.49 (3) Group members participated in the operation process of the large plots mangosteen producer group. Having an average value of 3.36. When concidering in each aspect, the findings were as follows: partication in receiving benefits at a moderate level (an average of 3.42), participation in planning at a medium level Zan average of 3.34), and participation in operation at a medium level (an average of 3.32), and participation in monitoring and evaluation at a medium level (an average of 3.31) respectively. (4) The guidelines for developing a group of large-scale mangosteen producer groups in the development of management services to strengthen should start from the integration of the two sectors: (1) Private Sector, the large-scale mongosteen producer group, must develop the management within the group to be efficient and strong, and (2) Public Sector, especially government agencies in the area, there should be integration of policies or activities together. In order not to carry out the same tasks, it should have research and development to strengthen productive system, by sharing new knowledge and technology to the farmers, as well as activities according to the policy of the government, the roles and missions, continually.
