ในการศึกษาวิจัย คุณภาพชีวิตการทํางานของพนักงานธุรกิจโรงแรมในจังหวัดจันทบุรี ครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษา ระดับคุณภาพชีวิตการทํางานของพนักงานธุรกิจโรงแรมในจังหวัดจันทบุรีและเปรียบเทียบคุณภาพชีวิตการทํางานของพนักงาน ธุรกิจโรงแรมในจังหวัดจันทบุรีที่มีสถานภาพต่างกันได้แก่ เพศ อายุ สถานภาพการสมรส ระดับการศึกษา ประสบการณ์ทํางาน รายได้ต่อเดือน ผู้วิจัยส่งแบบสอบถามให้แก่พนักงานธุรกิจโรงแรมในจังหวัดจันทบุรี จํานวน 270 ฉบับ และผู้วิจัยได้ ดําเนินการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจากแบบสอบถามโดยใช้โปรแกรมสําเร็จสําหรับการวิจัย ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ (Frequency) ร้อยละ (Percentage) ค่าเฉลี่ย(Mean) และสถิติอ้างอิง (Inferential Statistic) ได้แก่ T-Test และ One Way ANOVA ผลการศึกษาพบว่า พนักงานธุรกิจโรงแรมในจังหวัดจันทบุรี มีความคิดเห็นในปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อคุณภาพชีวิตการ ทํางานในระดับเห็นด้วยปานกลาง ค่าเฉลี่ยรวมเท่ากับ 2.70 ซึ่งเรียงตามลําดับค่าเฉลี่ยได้ดังนี้คือ ด้านจิตใจ มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.38 ด้านสิ่งแวดล้อม มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.28 รองลงมาคือ ด้านสัมพันธภาพทางสังคม มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.26 ด้านร่างกาย มี ค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.15 ด้านจิตวิญญาณ มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 3.15 และด้านความมั่นคงในชีวิต มีค่าเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 2.98 ตามลําดับ ส่วนผลการเปรียบเทียบคุณภาพชีวิตการทํางานของพนักงานธุรกิจโรงแรมในจังหวัดจันทบุรี พบว่า พนักงานที่มีเพศ ระดับ การศึกษา ประสบการณ์ทํางาน และรายได้ต่อเดือน แตกต่างกันมีคุณภาพชีวิตโดยรวม ไม่แตกต่างกัน ส่วนพนักงานที่มีอายุ สถานภาพการสมรส แตกต่างกันมีคุณภาพชีวิตโดยรวมแตกต่างกันอย่างมีนัยสําคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ .05
